Being Complete with 2015 is an important ritual I learned many years ago. As the year comes to a close it is important that you are, what I call; “complete with it”.
What that means is that you have taken a moment to celebrate what you did well and forgive yourself with your fumbles and failures.
Take a moment to face your fears and the things that didn’t go as planned and write down what you learned from it.
